You retain ownership of your content but grant Success.Social a license to display, distribute, and promote it through our platform and related services.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

The owner's decision is final. Success.Social reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other actions to maintain platform quality.

We use both automated systems and human review to enforce these guidelines. Appeals can be submitted through our support channels.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Success.Social is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content or third-party actions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Account data will be retained according to our data retention policy.
